Staci Castello, MA, LPC
Staci earned her BA from Penn State University, and her MA in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from La Salle University. She became passionate about helping others through various work and volunteer experiences with kids and teens, recognizing that mental health wellness is a lifelong journey.
Specializing in counseling kids, teens, and young adults, she has experience with anxiety and depression, OCD, ADHD, and autism. A neurodiversity and LGBTQ-affirming therapist, she supports the exploration and healthy expression of the authentic self. Other support areas of focus include family, social, and school issues, and other life stressors such as grief and trauma.
Staci takes a flexible and integrative approach to counseling using principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Attachment Theory. The therapeutic relationship is a primary component in mental health wellness and is the foundation of Staci's clinical work.
In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, spending time in nature through hiking and running, cooking, and cheering on her kids' teams and Philly/PSU sports.
